This site is for trade only customers, if you are a retailer and wish to place an order you can either pay at the time of checkout or if you have ordered before then you will have an account number we have provided to you, this is usually found on your last invoice or statement.
Please provide your account number at the time of ordering.

The first order is always pro-forma, after that we will put you onto account and our payment terms are 30 days month end.
You will also have an account number to use for logging on to the website for your subsequent orders.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The minimum order value £80.00. Due to nature of producing handmade goods, please bear in mind that from time to time designs may vary very slightly from the agent’s samples or the brochure without prior notice, any major changes of the core elements of the cards will be discussed with the customer before dispatch.
Carriage is paid on all orders over £125.00 but is charged at cost if under this amount £6.00. Delivery times may vary due to the time of year. Please fill in on the order form when you would like it, so that your order can be prioritised. On average orders are dispatched between 1-7 working days. You may request a specific delivery date with your agent or directly with Velvet Olive, and we shall endeavour to reach it. Any damaged goods on receipt of delivery should be reported within three working days
Payment is due by 30 days month end. Should your account fall in to arrears, we may be forced to bring legal action against you if you do not make payment within a reasonable time frame. All goods shall remain property of the company until all goods are paid for by the recipient. Details on how to pay will be available at the the checkout and on your invoice. We do accept all major credit/debit cards.
Except for cases when the wrong product has been sent or is faulty, we have the right to refuse returns if it is not within 10 working days and if the goods are not in their original packing condition.
Once your order has been placed it will be put in to our production schedule to be delivered by the time allowed or requested. Should you wish to cancel your order, you must make us aware immediately to avoid unnecessary costs. If your order has not been dispatched at the time of cancellation there will be no cost accrued. Should your order already have been dispatched to you and is either in your possession or with the courier, then you must pay for cost of returning the goods to us and the cost of us delivering to you, this usually costs the company between £6.00-£10.00 depending on the size of your order.

Unless otherwise stated, prices do not include VAT.
A 2% charge on the order value will be added for the attachment of barcodes by the company. Any other such request is to be dealt with case by case.
VAT is additional to your net order value; this currently stands at 20%.

Due to many courier companies charging a higher rate for Northern Ireland or Ireland, please call to confirm carriage paid amount. If your export is required anywhere else please call for a quote on delivery as this will not be included for countries outside the UK.
OPENING HOURS: MON–FRI 10am-5pm except for national bank holidays and Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Boxing Day.
